The BresoSensor is the wearable sensor component of the BresoDX1 sleep study system. It is positioned at the suprasternal notch at the base of the neck to record breathing sounds and movement during sleep.
A microphone collects tracheal sound, while a three-dimensional accelerometer records neck and body motion and tracheo-sternal movement. The sensor is held in a disposable frame and sends its recorded data wirelessly to the bedside BresoHub.
