The MC 300 Nebulizer with Mouthpiece converts prescribed liquid medication into an aerosol for inhalation. It is intended for adults and children aged two years or older under a licensed healthcare provider’s care in hospital, clinic or home settings.
Compressed air accelerates through a nozzle, creating a vacuum that draws liquid from the reservoir into the airstream. Impact against a surface breaks the liquid into aerosol droplets, which pass through the mouthpiece for inhalation.
Components and Reuse
The nebulizer consists of a mouthpiece, top, nozzle cover and bottom and is supplied with oxygen tubing. It may be used for multiple treatments by the same patient and is not supplied with a specific drug.
