VPC NRFit 10ml is a loss-of-resistance syringe used with an epidural needle to help verify needle placement in the epidural space. It is filled with air, saline or both so that the clinician can detect a change in resistance during needle advancement.

The syringe has a plastic barrel and plunger, a 10 ml priming volume and markings from zero to 10 ml. Its NRFit connector follows the neuraxial connection standard ISO 80369-6. The plunger is designed to move smoothly during the loss-of-resistance technique.
