CorVision is an iPad application that provides a supplemental view of data from the RESPOND ventilator. Trained clinical personnel use it in hospitals and institutional healthcare settings to view ventilator waveforms, parameters, settings, status and event logs while the ventilator remains physically present.
The application receives data wirelessly through Bluetooth and operates in read-only mode. Ventilator controls, parameter adjustments and alarm management remain at the ventilator’s own interface. CorVision does not transmit commands to change ventilation.
Connection Handling
Pairing requires confirmation of the ventilator’s serial number and visual identification. If the Bluetooth connection is lost, the application warns the user and attempts to reconnect.
