Intri26 Introducer Sheath provides a conduit for inserting endovascular devices while limiting blood loss. It also permits injection, infusion or aspiration of contrast media and other fluids into or from a vessel.
The short, single-lumen sheath has a hydrophilic coating, proximal hemostasis valve and stopcock with a flush port. A radiopaque marker near its distal tip supports fluoroscopic positioning.
Dilator
The supplied dilator has a tapered leading edge and accepts a 0.035 inch guidewire. It assists introduction and positioning of the sheath before use of the vascular access pathway.
