The Bendit21 microcatheter provides access to target locations in peripheral, coronary and brain blood vessels. Its lumen delivers diagnostic agents such as contrast media and compatible therapeutic devices. Those agents and devices must be cleared or approved for the intended target area.
A slider on the proximal handle bends the distal tip, and releasing the slider locks its shape. A torque knob rotates the deflected tip in either direction. Two radiopaque markers help show the distal end under fluoroscopy, and a hydrophilic coating covers the distal shaft.

The catheter has a 157cm working length and a 0.021-inch inner diameter. It accommodates compatible guidewires up to 0.018 inch and is supplied sterile for single use.
