The circul pro ring records oxygen saturation and pulse rate from an adult’s index finger. It supports spot checks or continuous data collection for up to twelve hours in hospital or home settings, while the patient is still and adequately perfused.
Red and infrared LEDs measure light absorption at the finger to estimate arterial oxygen saturation. A spring mechanism adjusts the ring’s fit and helps keep the optical sensor in position. This is the extra-large ring configuration.
Use Limits
The ring is reusable and has no alarms. It is not intended for out-of-hospital transport. Its intended function is data collection under the specified conditions, so use during movement or poor perfusion is outside that scope.
