The Coala Heart Monitor records single-channel ECG rhythms and heart sounds for healthcare professionals and adults with known or suspected heart conditions. Under prescription or physician care, it displays ECG rhythms and detects normal sinus rhythm and atrial fibrillation.
The system combines chest and thumb ECG recordings with an additional electrode for noise suppression. A fixed 30-second recording can include simultaneous heart sounds, providing electrical and acoustic information for physician review.
