BruxZir Esthetic NOW is a fully sintered, preshaded zirconia block for chairside manufacture of a single dental restoration, such as a crown. It is milled to a patient-specific shape using CAD/CAM or manual milling equipment.
The material is yttria-stabilized zirconia with pigments. Its supplied form is designed to require no further sintering, staining, glazing or polishing after fabrication.

Two block geometries support anterior or posterior single-unit restorations. The shade range includes Bleach White, Bleach 1 and 16 VITA Classical shades. Blocks are processed by dental professionals or laboratories; the chosen geometry and shade define the starting material for the restoration.
