DD contrast liquid adjusts the texture of ceramic veneering pastes in the DD contrast system. The system is used to individualize the appearance of monolithic or minimally reduced dental crowns and bridges made from zirconium dioxide or lithium disilicate.
The liquid is used alongside pre-mixed pastes for coloring, texturing, and glazing. Adjusting paste consistency supports the preparation of materials for the intended dental restoration.
Veneering Workflow
Within this system, the ceramic pastes create thin shade and glaze layers or build up surface structure. The DD contrast products are applied to sintered restorations and fired in a standard veneering furnace.
