SprintRay Crown HT is a light-curable dental resin used to fabricate permanent crowns and other specified dental prostheses through 3D printing. The listed A2 capsule provides a tooth shade formulation for professional use in dental offices and laboratories.
A digital design based on an optical impression guides the printer as it forms the restoration layer by layer. The methacrylate resin is polymerized with light, and the printed restoration is cured, trimmed and cleaned before delivery to the patient.
Manufacturing Requirements
Fabrication requires a compatible digital design workflow, 3D printer and extraoral curing equipment. The resin is supplied nonsterile in bottle or capsule formats; the finished appliance must undergo the prescribed processing before use.
