DIOnavi-Denture02 is a light-curable resin used to fabricate and repair full or partial removable dentures and denture baseplates. It is a dimethacrylate resin formulated for a digital denture manufacturing workflow.
A digital light processing printer builds the denture base layer by layer from a three-dimensional design. Light activates the resin’s photoinitiators, causing it to polymerize into the printed shape; pigments determine the denture base color.

Denture Fabrication
The digital design is based on a conventional or optical impression of the mouth. After printing and attachment of preformed plastic teeth, the denture is placed in a light-curing chamber for final polymerization, then returned for clinical try-in and adjustment. The printer and curing equipment are separate from the resin.
