SprintRay High Impact Denture Base is a light-curable resin for making and repairing full or partial removable dentures and baseplates. This Dark Meharry version is intended for professional dental work using a digital design and manufacturing workflow.
The liquid acrylate resin is used in a three-dimensional printer guided by scanned images of the patient’s mouth and a digital denture base file. A separate curing light hardens the printed appliance.
Finishing and Supply
The material is delivered nonsterile in a 1 kg bottle and has a stated shelf life of one and a half years. The finished appliance must be cleaned, trimmed and checked for fit in the dental office before it is supplied to the patient.
