SprintRay Standard Denture Base in Dark Pink is a light-curable resin for professional fabrication and repair of full or partial removable dentures and baseplates. It is used in a digital workflow that shapes the appliance from a patient-specific design.
The pourable acrylate resin is placed in a three-dimensional printer, which uses scanned oral anatomy and a digital denture base file to form the appliance. Light curing hardens the printed material before final finishing.
Preparation for the Patient
The material is supplied nonsterile. The finished appliance is cleaned and trimmed, and its fit is verified in the dental office before it is given to the patient. Scanning, printing and curing equipment are separate components of the required workflow.
