Accusil dental impression material captures the shape of a patient’s teeth and gums for making restorations and dental models. The product family includes both putty and light-body forms.
Base and catalyst are mixed in equal proportions, placed in a preformed impression tray, and inserted in the mouth. Once set, the material reproduces the dentition and occlusion.
Material Assessment
Testing of the putty and light-body materials assessed working time, detail reproduction, dimensional change, consistency, hardness, compatibility with gypsum, elastic recovery, and strain in compression.
