Accusil Putty Soft is a dental impression material used in a preformed tray to reproduce a patient’s teeth and gums. The resulting impression records oral structures for producing crowns, bridges, occlusal models and dental implant restorations.
The base and catalyst are mixed in equal proportions, then placed in an impression tray and inserted into the mouth. The material conforms to the dentition as it sets, producing a reproduction of the teeth and their occlusion.
Composition
Accusil putty contains vinyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxanes and filler materials with a platinum catalyst, SiH-capped polysiloxane and softener. The impression materials have a three-year shelf life.
