The pre milled blank is the starting component used to manufacture a customized dental implant abutment. The finished abutment connects to an implant platform in the jaw and supports, retains and stabilizes a single tooth restoration.
Its lower portion preserves a fixed implant interface, while the upper portion is machined to the patient’s needs. The abutment uses Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy, with a separate Ti-6Al-4V ELI screw securing the completed component.

Manufacturing and Compatibility
Digitally designed abutments are intended to be manufactured at a BESMILE validated milling center. The available interfaces cover specified Straumann Bone Level and NobelActive implant platforms. Compatibility depends on the selected interface and platform dimensions.
