Turbo-CR is a professional dental calculus softener used before scaling to help remove plaque, mineralised calculus and tartar above and below the gum line. A dental hygienist applies the material as part of the cleaning procedure.
The product combines acidic and alkaline pastes from a dual-barrel syringe through a mixing tip. Chelating agents and detergents reduce the hardness of deposits, while the mixture foams to reach spaces between teeth and subgingival areas.

Application Sequence
The mixed material is dispensed into a dental tray and placed over the dental arch for 60 seconds. The patient then rinses before scaling begins. The product is supplied nonsterile and contains no fluoride or whitening agents.
