ProSomnus EVO Sleep and Snore Device is a patient-specific oral appliance for reducing nighttime snoring and mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea in adults. It holds the lower jaw forward during sleep to increase pharyngeal space.
Custom upper and lower arches are designed with CAD/CAM and digitally milled to a physician’s prescription. Twin mating posts maintain the selected jaw position. Advancement is changed by replacing an arch with the next prescribed arch in the series.
Optional Monitoring
A version with an embedded DentiTrac micro-recorder logs wear time to measure compliance with oral appliance therapy. The device is supplied nonsterile for repeated use by one patient and does not use adjustment screws, pistons, straps or repositioning elastics.
