Inman Digital Clear Aligners are a series of removable orthodontic trays prescribed to treat tooth malocclusion in patients with permanent dentition, including all second molars. The thin, clear polyurethane trays apply continuous gentle force to move teeth incrementally through a planned sequence.
The dental clinician supplies a prescription and either an intraoral scan or physical impressions. Inman Orthodontic Lab uses these records to plan tooth movements digitally. The clinician reviews and approves the proposed model sequence before molds and aligners are produced.
Fabrication and Wear
Each tray is press-thermoformed over its mold and supplied through the prescribing clinician, who checks fit and function throughout treatment. Patients wear each aligner for approximately 22 hours per day for the prescribed interval before progressing to the next tray in the series.
