The Disposable Ureteral Guide Sheath establishes an access conduit during endoscopic urological procedures. It allows endoscopes and other instruments to pass into the urinary tract through a sheath placed with a dilator.
The device comprises a sheath tube, connector and dilator. The family offers straight, Y, W and cross connector configurations, with sheath inner diameters from 10 to 16 French and lengths that depend on the selected size.
Sterile Supply
The sheath is intended for a single use and is sterilized with ethylene oxide gas. Its sterile maintenance packaging supports a three year shelf life. Straight ZSR-UA models form one configuration within the broader connector family.
