The Connected OR Hub links compatible surgical equipment so surgeons or operating room personnel can adjust device settings through supported remote or voice controls. It also captures, transfers, stores and displays medical device data for operating room documentation.
The system comprises a hub console with optional control packages. The device-control package uses an infrared handheld remote, while the voice-control package includes a headset and base station. These interfaces access the existing controls within attached compatible devices.
Operating Room Integration
Control remains secondary to each device’s built-in interface. Compatibility is limited to devices specified in the product labeling. The hub supports endoscopic and general surgical workflows, with documentation functions operating independently of the connected equipment’s treatment settings.
