The LENS Tablet Application works with the LENS surgical camera system to capture still images and video and manage patient files. It is used alongside the system during diagnostic or operative arthroscopic and endoscopic procedures.
The application runs on a surgeon’s tablet and communicates wirelessly with the LENS camera control unit. It provides remote image capture and limited redundant control of camera functions while the camera system supplies surgical-site illumination and visualisation.
Patient Data
Users can view captured data and add voice, graphic or text annotations. Supported sharing options include USB storage, email, printing and the tablet’s camera roll.
