Check-Flo Adapter connects to female Luer locks and bulb-type endoscopic fittings to resist fluid backflow around an inserted instrument. It is used with instruments passing through the working channel of a ureteroscope, cystoscope or another endoscope.
The adapter has an acetal body and male Luer lock, with a silicone disc valve seated in an acetal cap. It accommodates instruments up to 9.0 Fr.

The side-arm version adds a 10 cm vinyl tube terminating in a polycarbonate female Luer lock. A one-way or three-way stopcock provides control at this additional connection.
