The AMT Micro G-Jet is a low-profile transgastric-jejunal feeding device for patients weighing more than six kilograms who need nutrition delivered beyond the stomach. It can deliver enteral nutrition into the distal duodenum or proximal jejunum while providing gastric drainage through a separate pathway.
An inflatable balloon and low-profile external bolster retain the tube in the gastric stoma. The green jejunal and white gastric ports have one-way valves opened by the appropriate AMT extension set. A third port controls balloon inflation and deflation.

Recalls
11 of these are Class II. Class II means a temporary or reversible health consequence. Class III is unlikely to cause harm at all → typically a labelling or documentation fault. Volume alone is not a quality signal: a manufacturer that ships more recalls more.
