Zziren Orogastric Tube supports gastric aspiration and lavage, sizing and leak testing during gastric or bariatric surgery. It is a single-use, nonsterile assembly with a 37-inch insertion tube, Y extension, suction-regulating valve and pinch clamp.
The flexible PVC insertion tube has a rounded distal tip, multiple apertures and depth markings. Sizes are 32, 36 and 40 Fr, with side-hole patterns extending either 6 or 13 cm from the tip.

Suction Control
The valve limits negative pressure applied to the stomach or intestine to less than 175 mmHg and gives an audible signal when pressure exceeds approximately 160 mmHg. The same valve is used across all six models, and a straight accessory connector is included.
