The FT3010 is a handheld non-contact infrared thermometer for intermittent measurement of body temperature in people of all ages at home. It measures from the forehead without contacting the skin.
An infrared sensor converts emitted radiation into an electrical signal. Ambient-temperature compensation and an internal processor convert that signal into a temperature displayed on a backlit LCD in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit.
Memory and Alerts
The thermometer stores 32 measurement records and gives audible prompts for high or low temperature. It also includes low-battery detection and automatic shutdown.
