The Bi-Portal Bone Graft Delivery Device places hydrated autograft or allograft at an orthopedic surgical site. It is a sterile, single-use delivery instrument made of medical grade plastic. A rectangular syringe barrel provides access to the surgical space, and a matching plunger pushes the prepared graft material through it.
Two openings along opposite sides near the closed distal end release graft beside the barrel tip. Depressing the plunger directs material through these lateral openings. An attachable funnel acts as a reservoir for loading prepared graft and allows the barrel to be refilled while it remains in position.

The barrel is 21 cm long and holds up to 4 cc of graft material. Its tapered distal shaft measures 8 by 12 mm. The device has no Luer lock components.
