The SU-90 Suction Pump provides vacuum for hospital procedures, including flexible endoscopy and removal of fluids, tissue, gases or infectious material from wounds or the airway. It is a prescription device for use with appropriate suction accessories.
A diaphragm pump generates suction, with a maximum vacuum of minus 90 kPa and airflow up to 24 liters per minute. The unit includes electronic controls and a display and can operate from a mains adapter or an internal rechargeable lithium battery.
Reuse and Accessories
The pump is nonsterile and reusable between patients when cleaned according to its instructions. Suction tubing, filters, a relief valve and a collection bottle complete the fluid pathway. These accessories are for one patient and are disposed of according to their own instructions.
