The KP Protective Face Mask covers the nose and mouth to form a physical barrier to microorganisms, body fluids and particulate material. It is intended for operating-room personnel during surgery to help protect both the patient and the wearer.
The white, flat-fold mask has three nonwoven polypropylene layers: an outer layer, a melt-blown filter layer and an inner comfort layer. Elastic ear loops hold it in place, and an adjustable wire shapes the fit over the nose.
