Cellinew tips are disposable electrodes used with the Cellinew radiofrequency system for electrocoagulation and hemostasis in dermatological and general surgical procedures. The tip fits onto the handpiece, which carries radiofrequency energy to tissue through the skin.
The system operates at 6.78 MHz in monopolar mode. Current passing through the tissue produces an electrothermal reaction that coagulates the target tissue. The electrode tips are available with treatment areas of 0.25 cm² and 4 cm².
System Connection
Use requires the Cellinew handpiece and main unit together with a neutral electrode and its cable. The system uses cryogen cooling while delivering radiofrequency energy.
