RM STAR EX with RMS Needle is a prescription radiofrequency system for electrocoagulation and hemostasis in dermatological procedures. It combines a main unit and handpiece with a disposable bipolar needle electrode tip.
The main unit generates a radiofrequency signal that travels through the handpiece to penetrating needles in the tip. With the handpiece held perpendicular to the skin, the electrodes deliver energy that generates heat and coagulates the target tissue.
