Magma Spark is a tabletop laser platform for aesthetic dermatology. With its ALD and LLD diode laser applicators, it is indicated for hair removal, permanent hair reduction in Fitzpatrick skin types I to VI, and treatment of pseudofolliculitis barbae.
Both applicators operate at a nominal wavelength of 808 nm. The platform contains its power supply, processor and water-based cooling system, with an LCD touchscreen through which the operator selects and monitors the treatment mode and intensity.

System Configuration
The system includes a melanin meter and the two laser applicators. Permanent hair reduction means a stable reduction in regrowing hairs measured at six, nine and twelve months after completing a treatment course.
