CNS Envision is software for reviewing and analyzing patient recordings from external physiological monitors. It displays EEG alongside other available measurements, such as vital signs, ECG, pressure readings and recorded video. Qualified medical personnel use these records to interpret the patient data.
The software calculates conventional quantitative EEG measures, including frequency bands, asymmetry and burst suppression. These measures are interpreted with the original EEG waveforms. The application supports review, annotation and remote access to recorded data, rather than directly acquiring signals from the patient.
Listed Item
Software for use in the review, annotation and analysis of patient data collected using external physiological monitors.
Interpretation Limits
CNS Envision does not provide a diagnostic conclusion or automated detection algorithms. Its Windows based interface offers configurable layouts and EEG montages to organize the data for professional review.
