FlexTube 3 Single Use is a navigated suction instrument for ENT surgery used with the Fiagon Navigation System. It combines a malleable suction tube with an electromagnetic position sensor near its tip. The instrument supports localization of anatomy while providing a suction route during compatible procedures.
The navigation system tracks the sensor within a low energy magnetic field and shows the instrument position on patient images. Its use requires a rigid anatomical reference that can be related to a CT or MR model, such as sinus or mastoid anatomy.

Single Use Construction
The sensor is supported outside the stainless steel suction tube by heat shrink tubing. The instrument is supplied sterile for single use, with ethylene oxide sterilization replacing the processing used for the reusable predecessor.
