AccuShape Titanium is a patient-specific cranial plate that repairs a skull defect. A model based on the patient’s CT data guides CNC milling from commercially pure Grade 2 titanium.
The physician approves each design before manufacture. The resulting preformed implant is non-alterable and cannot be reshaped during surgery, so its geometry is established in the design and manufacturing workflow.
