ThawKit Cleave is a media kit for thawing frozen pronuclear, two-pronuclei and cleavage-stage embryos during in vitro fertilisation. It contains three solutions for the thawing process.
The solutions use a MOPS-buffered formulation with human serum albumin, hyaluronan and gentamicin as an antibacterial agent. Sucrose is the cryoprotectant included in the thawing solutions.
Separate Freezing Kit
ThawKit Cleave is marketed separately from FreezeKit Cleave. The kits are recommended for paired freezing and thawing workflows, with ThawKit providing the thawing media.
