The Unicare Manipulator positions the uterus and permits injection of fluids during selected laparoscopic procedures. Its rigid, anatomically curved cannula has a uterine tip and a handle that allows the surgeon to adjust uterine position.
A sliding tube with a ball-shaped stop limits insertion depth and provides countertraction. A luer port accepts a standard syringe for delivery through the cannula.
Manipulator Configuration
This standalone manipulator excludes the rear stabilizer and forward collars supplied with the full Unicare System. Its indications include minilaparotomy, laparoscopic tubal occlusion and diagnostic laparoscopy. It is supplied sterile for single use.
