The DTRAX Spinal System is a sterile, single-use instrument set for posterior cervical fusion in patients with cervical degenerative disc disease. It provides access to the posterior cervical spine and prepares bone surfaces at the lateral mass and facet joints.
The set combines access tools, a guide tube, decortication instruments and a graft tamp. A chisel and handle provide access, while the trephine, rasp and burr prepare the bone surfaces. The instruments are used with application of autograft or allograft as part of the fusion procedure.
