The PNP Tibia fully threaded screw is a component of the Pediatric Nailing Platform for tibial fixation. The system uses screws proximally and distally to lock an intramedullary nail within the tibial canal.
The assembled nail-and-screw construct aligns and stabilizes bone fragments after fracture, disease, or planned osteotomy. The nail resists bending and axial loading when locked in place.
