Mpact DM Converter is a polished cobalt-chromium-molybdenum liner that converts specified Mpact acetabular shells for double-mobility use. A tapered locking mechanism connects the converter to the shell.
It pairs only with Medacta Double Mobility conventional UHMWPE or HighCross highly crosslinked UHMWPE liners and Mpact Primary or Extension shells. A small tooth assists extraction during revision.

Hip Reconstruction
The assembly is intended for cementless primary or revision total hip arthroplasty in skeletally mature patients. Indications include disabling joint disease, avascular necrosis, traumatic head or neck fracture, or failed prior hip surgery where sufficient bone stock remains.
