ostaPek interbody fusion cages maintain disc-space distraction and structural stability during lumbar fusion. They use a PEKEKK polymer and carbon-fibre construction, with gold X-ray markers for positional imaging.
The range includes Erriva ELIF/TLIF, Gemitra TLIF, PLIF, PLIF Bullet and ALIF cage configurations. Each has bone-graft windows and ridges or teeth intended to resist migration.

Graft and Fixation
The cages are supplied nonsterile in multiple sizes for the surgical approach and anatomy. They are used with autogenous and/or allogeneic cancellous or corticocancellous bone graft and supplemental lumbar fixation. The fusion indication covers one or two adjacent levels from L2 to S1.
