The Elite SPK Kit contains an implantable bone anchor with sutures for attaching soft tissue to bone during open or arthroscopic repair of rotator cuff tears in adults. The PEEK anchor supports fixation of an injured tendon to the humerus using a transosseous double-row technique.
The anchor has a partially threaded screw-shaped body, a wider contact head and eyelets for passing sutures. It is designed for a 3 mm bone hole and is implanted using the Compasso manual surgical instruments.

Kit Contents
The anchor is supplied sterile for single use. The kit includes HS Fiber Sutures in their manufacturer’s original sterile packaging; the Compasso instruments provide the separate implantation tools required for placement.
