The Dunamis oblong fixation button is a titanium component used in bone-to-bone or soft-tissue-to-bone fixation. Within the Dunamis Fixation Button System, buttons serve as fixation posts or distribution bridges and spread suture tension over a ligament or tendon repair.
The button is used with nonabsorbable suture loops in the repair construct. The system also offers passing sutures and button supports as optional components. Its function is to support the suture-based fixation arrangement at the repair site.

The fixation system includes continuous-loop and adjustable-loop configurations.
