Secure-Loop is a fixation implant used to secure tendons and ligaments during orthopedic reconstruction, including anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. It combines a continuous polyester loop with a titanium alloy button to suspend the reconstructed tissue within a bone tunnel.
The button rests against the outer bone cortex at the tunnel exit, while the loop extends inside the tunnel.
Arthroscopic Placement
Supplied sutures draw the graft assembly into place and flip the button into its supporting position, allowing ligament reconstruction to be performed arthroscopically.
