Jasper Spinal Fixation System is a modular spinal fixation family assembled from screws, hooks, rods and locking parts. The components form a construct that immobilizes and stabilizes spinal segments as an adjunct to fusion.
Its top-loading assembly includes set screws, crosslinks, rod connectors and iliac connectors. Titanium alloy and cobalt-chromium-molybdenum alloy components are available within the range, with the material determined by the selected implant.
Construct Configurations
Posterior pedicle screw configurations cover the non-cervical spine from T1 through S2 and the ilium. Anterolateral configurations cover T8 through L5. The anchors and connectors therefore belong to a system with several fixation layouts rather than one uniform implant.
