Delta Xtend is a reverse shoulder replacement system with humeral stem, modular epiphysis, spacer, cup, glenosphere and metaglene baseplate components. The glenosphere and metaglene form the glenoid side of the reverse articulation.
A humeral spacer can be placed between the epiphysis and cup when required. A humeral-head configuration can instead support specified hemiarthroplasty procedures.

Delta Xtend REVERSE SHOULDER SYSTEM AUGMENTED CENTRAL SCREW METAGLENE 2MM LATERALIZED
Fixation Components
The metaglene is hydroxyapatite-coated and fixed without cement using screws. Hydroxyapatite-coated modular humeral stems and epiphyses are also intended for cementless fixation. Component selection depends on the reverse or hemi-shoulder configuration and compatible fixation arrangement.
