The 8 Channel Knee Foot SPEEDER Coil receives MRI signals for imaging the knee, wrist, hand, foot and ankle. It is a phased array coil used with compatible Toshiba 1.5 tesla MR systems to produce images for physician interpretation.
The reusable coil encloses its receiving elements in a rigid plastic housing. A split top design provides separate configurations for knee and foot or ankle imaging, with a second anterior piece supporting the broader foot and ankle field.
Positioning Supports
Supplied pads support the knee, the nonimaged leg, and foot or ankle positioning, including heel and wedge supports. The coil is noninvasive with limited body contact. It receives the region’s MR signal while the connected scanner performs the imaging examination.

Recalls
8 of these are Class II. Class II means a temporary or reversible health consequence. Volume alone is not a quality signal: a manufacturer that ships more recalls more.
