Dynarex Ultrasound Gel provides acoustic coupling between an ultrasound transducer and the skin. It forms the contact medium used when examining tissue with ultrasound equipment.
The material is a viscous, clear blue gel that dissolves in water. Its acoustic properties support transmission between the ultrasound device and the tissue being examined.
Packaging
The gel is supplied in plastic bottles or containers, including 250 mL, 1 L and 5 L formats. The selected container provides the coupling medium used with the separate ultrasound system.
