The NvisionVLE Marking Probe is a sterile, single-use component of the NvisionVLE imaging system. It is inserted through an endoscope’s working channel during the imaging and marking procedure.
A separate inflation system inflates the probe’s balloon to facilitate placement. A probe lock helps prevent longitudinal motion within the endoscope and stabilizes the probe during laser marking.
Imaging and Marking System
The complete system uses swept-source optical coherence tomography to provide cross-sectional, real-time tissue images. Its integrated 1470 nm laser creates temporary visual reference marks on tissue regions identified through imaging.
